FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: EMERGENCY WATER RESCUE EXERCISES TO BE CONDUCTED AT IVY CREEK PARK
On Tuesday and Wednesday, August 15-16, Lynchburg Fire Department personnel will be conducting water rescue training exercises at Clemmons Lake located within Ivy Creek Park, 118 Clemmons Lake Place (off of Jefferson Ridge Parkway).
The park will remain open during this time; however, patrons should remain watchful and keep a safe distance from the area where the training exercises are being conducted.
