Shania Twain has been cast in the movie Trading Paint alongside John Travolta.
John plays a washed-up dirt car racer who returns to the track to compete against his son.
The movie starts filming soon in Alabama and will be released next year. Not much is known about Shania's role except she appears to be the female lead and her character is named Becca. (Variety)

- Shania played herself in the film I Heart Huckabees.
- We're curious to see if Shania has acting chops.
- This could be a great second (third?) act for her.
