Blake Shelton may be having fun on “The Voice” with Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend, but a new report claims he’d rather have his honey Gwen Stefani on the show with him.
Blake and Gwen actually met when she was a mentor on the NBC show, and now HollywoodLife reports he’s been missing her on set.
“Blake loves working on ‘The Voice’ and loves working with the other coaches each season, but it’s safe to say that he misses having Gwen on the show,” an insider tells the site. “He feels that the show is extra special when she’s involved.”
The insider notes, “If Blake had his way, he would like to see Gwen return to ‘The Voice' very soon,” adding, “He’s looking forward to her inevitable return and knows that it would be really fun like the first time around.”
As for when that may happen, that’s still anyone’s guess, especially since Gwen has been busy with her Las Vegas residency.
