The study also found that emojis are no longer seen as unprofessional in the workplace. Especially in remote work environments, emoji usage actually creates positive feelings between employees. The research found that 69% of workers believe that emoji usage improves likability, and 59% said they improve credibility. Emojis can help workers quickly share ideas, boost creativity and make team decision-making more efficient.
