Another day, another study about the benefits of coffee … Researchers in Australia have found that drinking two to three cups of coffee a day – even decaf – is linked to a longer life and a reduced risk of heart disease. Good reason to have another cup!
Speaking of coffee … PETA wants Starbucks to stop charging more for dairy-free milk. Apparently, Starbucks charges 70 cents more for drinks made with soy, almond, and oat milk.

- Yeah but... too much caffeine is bad for us with high blood pressure.
- I do love some coffee. But not loaded with sugar.
