Another good thing about working from home … it’s cheaper. A survey by Owl Lab found that going into an office costs employees more – A LOT more. According to the findings, employees who went into the office spent $863 a month on average on related expenses, like meals, coffee, pet care (a dog walker, for example), and commuting costs. Employees who worked from home spent $423 per month – this includes meals, internet, phone, utilities, and more. That’s $440 saved every month.
