Sugar Crash

A California highway looked like a trick-or-treater's dream come true on Monday when a truck crashed and spilled it's entire load of candy all over the road.

The accident occurred early Monday morning on the highway just north of Fresno. Two trucks collided and candy spilled out of one of them like a piñata. Luckily no one was hurt. The spill left a huge sugary mess which shut down one lane of the highway for a while as crews worked to pick it all up. (UPI)

Scott's Thoughts:

This is just the latest truck spill on America's highways which has recently seen everything from tomatoes and beer, to meat and sex toys.
With so much sugar on board, perhaps the driver was a little hyper and driving too fast.
There's no word on why kind of candy it was.
