What things would you give up for a stress-free day?

A day without stress … Yep, we’re stressed, and a new survey finds that we would be willing to give up a lot for just one day without it. In fact, 75% of respondents said they would do “nearly anything” to have a stress-free day, with 10% saying they can’t remember the last time they had a day without any stress. In order to get that rare day, the survey found that people would give up their favorite food, a whole paycheck, and even sex.

Here are the things people would give up to get a stress-free day:

  2. Chocolate -- 43%
  3. Shopping -- 35%
  4. Important meetings -- 30%
  5. A week’s worth of productivity -- 30%
  6. An entire paycheck -- 28%
  7. Exercise equipment -- 28%
  8. Sex -- 26%
  9. Moving deadlines at work -- 23%
  10. Instagram -- 22% 
  11. Plans with friends -- 22%
  12. TikTok -- 20%
  13. Technological devices -- 19%
