Woman Who Blamed Botox For Facial Swelling Actually Had A Terminal Illness

Jill Kenton started having problems with dryness in her left eye and some swelling in her face last year and assumed it was a side-effect of Botox injections, but after it didn’t go away she saw a doctor and found out that it wasn’t related to Botox…she had a brain tumor.

Doctors told her that the rare brain tumor had been there for 10 years, and that she would need surgery that involves removing a piece of her skull and fitting a plate to cover the gap. She decided to get a second opinion and instead is getting regular scans and vision checks.
