Over a period of 14 years, law clerk Lloyd Devereux Richards wrote a crime thriller called “Stone Maidens.” The book was published in 2012 and sales were “not great” according to his daughter, who decided to see if plugging it on TikTok would make a difference.
It made an enormous difference. “Stone Maidens” is now sold out on Amazon after his daughter’s post got over nine million likes and over 41 million views. According to Amazon, it’s now the seventh-most popular book in the US…two slots above Prince Harry’s memoir.
