A man who’s into extreme body modification has taken his nightmare fuel up a notch. , known as a "real life demon,” holds a world record for most body mods with things like subdermal horns, “666” carved into his head, a forked tongue, and 95% of his body covered in tattoos. But now, Peralta is really getting crazy.
The 53-year-old Argentinian has shared a surgical procedure on Instagram that features six silicone implants being placed under his skin to simulate snakes slithering inside his arms. The surgery cost just north of $6,000. Why does he keep doing this? The “demon” explains, "I wanted to modify my original appearance, as I see myself markedly different from other beings,” adding, "We are all unique pieces in the game of life and [this] makes me much more original and closer to how I want to look.”
