Baking News: Truck Spills Flour in Utah

There have been a lot of unusual truck spills in the news, but this one takes the cake.

A semi truck overturned in Utah's Logan Canyon, but that was the yeast of the problem. The truck was hauling baking flour and spilled the entire load all over the place. One of the two occupants of the truck suffered minor injuries. Cleaning up the mess was no piece of cake, but crews rose to the challenge. After all was bread and done, the wrecked truck was removed from the road and the flour was eventually cleaned up. (UPI)
