While most of us were arranging presents around the tree on Christmas Eve, one Florida woman was rearranging her boyfriend's face with her Christmas tree.
Police in St. Petersburg responded to the home of 20-year-old Miracle Rivera who is accused of using boughs of holly to deck her boyfriend. Miracle got into a verbal argument with her 24-year-old boyfriend, and when the situation got heated, Miracle grabbed the Christmas tree and repeatedly struck him with it. The man suffered scratches on his arms and upper body. Miracle was arrested and charged with domestic battery. She was released from jail on Christmas Day and ordered to have no contact with her boyfriend. (The Smoking Gun)
