Less than 1% of applicants are selected for this role, making it rarer than admission to an Ivy League university, with recommended qualifications including a bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $35,600, a weekly allowance, paid time off, health benefits, and covered hotel expenses.
