In the UK, a stubborn diver learned the hard way why it’s smart to heed the advice of nearby construction workers. While working on a property in Birmingham, Elliot Lockett says he politely asked a man to move his car from the parking space close to where he and his crew were to be working. The driver refused. So, Locket did what he had to do…and put up the scaffolding around the driver’s car…thereby barricading it inside the scaffolding. Fortunately, after a little anger and ten minutes, cooler heads prevailed. Lockett’s crew was able to dismantle the scaffolding in ten minutes, and the driver conceded that moving the car was in his best interest.
