A St. Louis teen is facing 31 counts after being accused of “smash and grab” robberies in mid-April. Police say the robberies in question happened on April 10th and April 17th, and they have good reason to suspect that 18-year-old Leslie James III was one of those involved with the capers. It appears that James was wearing a GPS bracelet at the time of the robberies, which placed him at the scene of each crime as they were being committed…allegedly. Ooops.
