Squatter Caught Living Behind Grocery Store Sign With Bedroom, Office: A resourceful homeless woman's living quarters inside a Michigan grocery store was accidentally discovered during routine maintenance, with bodycam footage capturing the moment police found her "apartment". Complete with bedding, houseplants, electronics and a coffee maker, the "Roof Ninja's" hideaway was discovered behind the triangular store sign in the roof. Though refusing to disclose how she accessed the roof, the 34-year-old apologized to the manager before leaving and revealed she avoided shelters because she felt "safer up there”. Fortunately for the squatter, she wasn’t issued a citation and the grocery chain even donated $10-thousand to a local homeless shelter that unsuccessfully attempted to assist her.

Grandma Popped For Pulling Neighbor's Beard During Water Argument: An elderly dispute over water usage in a Florida retirement community escalated quickly when Sandra Rodgers, 80, allegedly assaulted her neighbor John Faraone, 72, who was cleaning his motorcycle. According to police reports, Rodgers confronted Faraone about the "wet spots" he created, which soon bubbled over into a heated argument with Rodgers spitting on Faraone and yanking his beard. The octogenarian, armed with her "black flip phone" to document the perceived water waster, faces felony battery charges since her victim was over 65. She was arrested a few days after the incident and spent a day in jail before posting $100 bond.
