Golden Child?

A woman walked into a Golden Corral restaurant in Arkansas for a meal and left with a new baby.

No, Golden Corral doesn't offer babies on their enormous buffet next to the meat loaf and shrimp. Tayvia Woodfork came in to eat with her family but immediately had a terrible stomach ache and headed straight for the restroom. She thought she was having painful cramps, but it turns out they were contractions and she actually gave birth to a baby boy right in the bathroom stall. And if you think the restaurant staff was surprised, imagine how the new mom felt -- she didn't even know she was pregnant!

Woodfork says, "I'm still in shock." She apparently had what's known as a cryptic pregnancy, which is when the mother didn't know she was pregnant. The baby, who's been given the name Tamaar Kylon Corral Woodfork, weighed six pounds and is in good condition. Medical workers wheeled Woodfork and her new baby out of the restaurant on a stretcher to thunderous applause from staff and diners. Golden Corral shared the news on Facebook writing, "Welcome to the Golden Corral family Tamaar! You’re the new record holder as the youngest fan of Golden Corral! And don't worry, we'll make sure Mom is well taken care of with Golden Corral gift cards… while she's taking care of you." (KLRT-TV)
