For years, Florida was the state where people were moving to in droves after the pandemic. That luster, however, seems to be wearing off. New data from PODS says the Carolinas are now where it’s at for people looking to relocate. Between the coastline, the mountains, the climate, and…most importantly…the affordability, both North and South Carolina have become attractive options. Meanwhile, South Florida has become the ”third most fled” area of the country, behind Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area.
