A fisherman off the Australian coast met his match when he was smacked in the face by the tale of a whale. Authorities say the unidentified man in his 30s was fishing with a friend in a boat, when the whale’s tale came out of the water and nailed him upside the head, knocking him unconscious. After being brought to shore, the man regained consciousness but had no recollection of what had just happened to him. He’s now in stable condition with superficial injuries, and will no doubt be telling the story of how he “got a little tail” on a fishing boat for the rest of his life.
