Study: Women get less – and worse – sleep than men.

It’s true … women get less – and worse – sleep than men. A new study from the University of Colorado at Boulder found that women sleep less, wake up more often, and get "less restorative sleep" compared with men. And you can blame it on biology. Researchers believe one of the main reasons women sleep less is because of their role as caregivers. Because they take care of young children, women need to be more sensitive to their environment. This heightened sensitivity results in more frequent wake-ups to check on their surroundings and make sure their children are safe.

Speaking of sleep...

Could the way you sleep be the key to your financial success? According to a new survey, it just might be. Some of the highest earners surveyed said they sleep in the "freefall" position – on their stomachs with their arms up like they're skydiving. It turns out, these adventurous sleepers are natural risk-takers, which just might translate to success in their careers. And it seems lots of people are curious about the connection between sleep position and success, since searches for “best position to sleep in” have skyrocketed by 250% in just the past month.
