It’s not all gloom and doom on the American health front! For the first time in a decade, research shows a decrease in body mass index and “the prevalence of obesity”…particularly in the southern states. The numbers show that, in 2023, certain demographics of Americans, such as women and those aged between 66 and 75, saw a drop of over half a percentage point since 2021.
