With World Emoji Day 2025 coming up later this week (Thursday, July 17th), Emojipedia is giving us a sneak peak at one of the winners of their annual World Emoji Awards. Of the eight new emojis added in 2024, “Face with Bags Under Eyes” has been used the most, winning the Most Popular New Emoji award. “Face with Bags Under Eyes” beat out Fingerprint, Splatter, Root Vegetable, Leafless Tree, Harp, Shovel, and the Flag of Sark (whatever that is), to secure the honor.
