Having 4 open-heart surgeries by the age of 8 and being told options are limited would be enough to bring a lot of people down but a Pittsylvania County isn't letting that stop her from doing what she loves, singing.
Especially her beloved country music.
"Tagan goes up to Kickback Jacks and sings despite everything that goes on with her," said Kayla Hancock, a family friend.
Doctors are saying Tagan's heart will give out in a few months and while she is currently on the transplant list, her current heart needs to get stronger.
Make A Wish helped her to meet Scotty McCreery and now her dream is to meet Kelsea Ballerini.
