There are several downed trees throughout Lynchburg that won't be able to be moved until AEP is able to deactivate any live electrical wires and to assume all downed power lines are energized. Do not drive around barricades. Officials are working as fast as they can to restore power and make the roads passable again. Below are some pictures taken this morning as repairs continue.
