The Radford City Police Department said a woman missing from the Radford area has been found and arrested on outstanding charges.
Elizabeth Catherine Frazier, 33, was reported missing on April 13, 2019, and was said to be in need of medication.
According to police, Frazier was found in Washington County. She is currently being held at the Southwest Regional Jail.
