Roanoke Police searching for Grandin bank robbery suspect

At approximately 1:15 p.m. today, Roanoke Police responded to a reported bank robbery in the 1300 block of Grandin Road, S.W. Officers did not locate a suspect on scene.

Witnesses told police that an adult male came into the bank, displayed a firearm, and demanded money. No one was hurt during the incident. An undisclosed amount of money was stolen.

At this time, no one has been arrested. This is an ongoing investigation.
