The Lynchburg Police Department hves arrested a man and charged him with a DUI after crashing into Dunkin Donuts.
Lynchburg Police said a man was visiting from Richmond when he drove intoxicated from an apartment complex across the street from Dunkin Donuts on Old Forest Road and hit the building.

AT 4:45pm Monday afternoon, a car slammed into the Dunkin Donuts on Old Forest Rd in Lynchburg.
There is no immediate information on the condition of the driver. Reports from inside Dunkin is that no one was injured.
There is extensive damage to the car, to the building, and the large refrigerator in the store. There was also the smell of melted rubber inside.
