Jordan Davis’ debut single “Singles You Up” has just entered the Top Ten on the country charts, so it’s apparent that fans are loving the song. But do they really understand what it means?
Well, Jordan has a simple explanation for the track. He says the term is used to describe the notion of hanging around until a girl who may have a boyfriend eventually goes on the market.
He explains, “if you think you can be a better boyfriend than the one she already has, just hang around and I don’t know, [you] maybe might get your shot.”
