Dierks Bentley finally revealed the big news he’s been teasing all week and it’s a new music festival. The inaugural Seven Peaks Music Festival will take place August 31st to September 2nd in front of the collegiate peaks mountain range in Buena Vista, Colorado.
In addition to Dierks performing each night, the initial lineup includes Miranda Lambert, Brothers Osborne, Elle King, LANCO, Del McCoury, Sam Bush and The Cadillac Three with more artists expected to be announced at a future date.
"This is a dream come true for me. It’s no secret that I love everything about Colorado…the fans, the venues we’ve played and of course, the landscape," Dierks says. "We are bringing it all together with this festival. It’s our own ‘field of dreams,’ where we are putting everything we have into it, with no details overlooked, in hopes it is the ultimate festival experience."
In addition to the music, the festival promises activity-filled excursions during the day, with multiple camping options from tents to full-sized RV accommodations for concertgoers. Tickets for the fest go on sale April 20th. Click here for more info, and check out Dierks’ announcement, featuring a multi-artist performance of “Rocky Mountain Way,” to the right.
