Despite their reputation for having healthy attitudes and ideas, older Millennials -- ages 34 to 36 -- suffer more from the top 10 health conditions than Gen Xers when they were in the same age range. MILLENNIALS ARE HANDING OFF DO-IT-YOURSELF JOBS TO DAD
It has never been easier to tackle do-it-yourself projects. Parts and materials are available everywhere – and there are plenty of online videos to show just how to get things done.
But this doesn’t seem to matter to a lot of Millennials, who are giving their do-it-yourself projects to dads.
Instead of do-it-yourself – which is D-I-Y – they’re choosing D-D-I … dad’ll-do-it.
Researchers actually found that 45 percent of young adults get help from their dads when it comes to household projects – while only 20 percent call on a professional to help.
Not surprisingly, a majority of Millennials actually blame their dads for their lack of knowledge, accusing them of not passing down the skills necessary to knock out projects around the house. More here: (SWNS)
