The Game of Thrones series finale is on Sunday … and that could lead to a lot of people being “sick” on Monday. A new survey from The Workforce Institute at Kronos estimated that more than 27 million employees will either not go to work, come in late to work, work from home, or be a lot less productive on the job than usual on Monday, May 20th, because of the GOT finale. And speaking of Game of Thrones… Not everyone is thrilled with the writing in the final season of GOT. In fact, there is even a change.org petition with more than 100,000 signatures calling for the entire Season 8 to be remade and rewritten with “competent” writers. Seems some fans are not happy with the way show creators David Benioff and DB Weiss have interpreted author George RR Martin’s still unwritten ending. (Cosmo)
