WE’RE STILL LIVING PAYCHECK-TO-PAYCHECK
According to a new survey, 59 percent of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.
Not surprisingly, credit card debt is a big part of the problem as nearly half of those who responded to the survey said they are struggling to keep up with the payments -- and only 38 percent have an emergency fund.
