Go easy on yourself .. Everywhere you look online there are articles about how to keep from snacking while stuck at home, how to keep from overeating, and how to keep up your diet/healthy eating plan. Sure, it’s all good advice– but most of us are just trying to get through this with our sanity intact. That’s why an article on PopSugar is so helpful. What do they say? Stop worrying about your weight right now. The blog asked a panel of experts to weigh in, no pun intended, and they all say that in these times of high stress, it’s important to be kind to ourselves and to give ourselves a break – which means we need to stop beating ourselves up about eating. That’s not to say you should binge eat every day. But if you do overdo it, let it go and aim to be better the next day. And, let’s face it, a lot of us don’t have access to lots of fruits and vegetables right now, so do the best you can and stop being so hard on yourself.
