Here's a good reason to sweat

A good reason to sweat … New research has found that people who exercise at least four times a week are happier and more successful than people who don’t exercise regularly. And the difference is significant. According to the survey, those working out four to seven times a week reported much higher levels of happiness (75% vs. 25%) and success (74% vs. 26%) when compared to those who only worked out one to three times a week.
