Police in Canada are looking for a thief or thieves involved in a pair of heists involving beef and hot tubs.
Investigators say $230,000 worth of beef was lifted from a meat-packing plant in Alberta and hauled away in a truck operating under a fake name. Less than a week later, a truck operating under the same fraudulent name was linked to the theft of seven hot tubs taken from a manufacturing site. Police are asking for anyone with information on the heists to contact them. More Here: (CBC)
- Beef and hot tubs are an odd combination.
- The thief was probably just looking for anything he can get his hands on.
- Maybe the thief is throwing a hot tub party and serving some barbecue?
