WEIRD NEWS: Bed Bug Burn
A Michigan woman is recovering in the hospital from burns after she accidentally set herself and her car on fire in an attempt to kill some bed bugs.
Police say the 31-year-old woman saw bed bugs in her car and tried to exterminate them by pouring rubbing alcohol all over the vehicle's interior and setting it on fire. In doing so, she torched the car and accidentally set herself on fire. She remains in the hospital where she is being treated for second-degree burns on her body. (WJBK-TV)

- Police say the woman panicked when she saw bed bugs and thought setting them on fire was a good way to get rid of them.
- If it makes her feel any better, she probably succeeded in getting rid of the bugs.
- She's going to need a new car. Maybe she should get a leather interior instead of cloth.
