What’s your name again? Seems a lot of people working from home are feeling really out of touch with the people they work with. How out of touch? Two-thirds of employees in a recent survey said they would have a hard time identifying a co-worker by their appearance – knowing them by name only. According to the survey, here are some of the things people miss most about in-office work:

  1. Face-to-face meetings -- 39%
  2. Office celebrations -- 35%
  3. After-work happy hours -- 34%
  4. Nearby restaurants -- 32%
  5. Office banter -- 32%
  6. Workplace pranks -- 31%
  7. Commute to/from work -- 30%
  8. Less work materials in home/room space -- 28%
  9. Less email/chat conversations -- 27%
  10. “Water cooler conversations -- 27%
  11. Volunteering/charity events -- 27%
