WEIRD NEWS: Spuds McEmpty
For the second time in a week, a snacker in England was left puzzled by a bag of potato chips containing a single whole potato.
Last week, a college professor opened a bag of Kettle Chips to find no chips and just one whole potato. And now, the same thing has happened to a woman who found a spud in a bag of chips. The 30-year-old says she bought the bag of chips from supermarket chain Aldi and was shocked when she opened it to find a single, lightly salted potato. She says the bag was part of a multi-pack and she didn't notice something was strange until she pulled out the bag and opened it.
Aldi has responded to the freakish discovery and says it is investigating how this could have happened. (Metro UK)
