Oregon Car Thief Runs, Found Hiding Under A Tarp On The Highway: A woman called police on Friday when a man jumped into her car at a gas station and drove away with her one-year-old child inside, dragging the woman as she hung onto the door. She finally got him to stop in the middle of Highway 62, where he ran away. Police were able to track him down with a K9 unit and found him hiding under a tarp on the highway. 33-year-old Jason Cheatham was arrested and charged with a multitude of charges, including second-degree kidnapping.
