Do you have work-from-home back? Apparently back pain caused by working from home is a thing. A new survey found that two-thirds of 18- to 29-year-olds said they had back pain that they did not have before the pandemic. The reason – makeshift home “offices.” During the pandemic, people worked at kitchen tables, on couches, even in bed – not the best setups for good posture. If you are still working from home, experts suggest getting a decent office chair and desk to sit at.
