A Florida teacher has been fired after interrupting a group of Muslim students who were praying, accusing them of “doing all this magic up in here.” A video of the teacher interrupting was posted to TikTok on Thursday and has been liked almost a million times so far, with commenters demanding the Franklin Academy teacher be fired.
“I believe in Jesus, so I’m interrupting the floor,” the teacher can be heard saying as she walks through the kneeling group. Franklin Academy said in a statement that they “do not tolerate discriminatory behavior in any form.”
