A new survey found that the average person makes up their mind about someone in just 27 seconds, with a third of people taking just 10 seconds to do so. So, how do you make a good first impression in that short amount of time? A friendly smile (51%) good manners (43%) and eye contact (35%) are the best ways to make a good first impression according to the survey. Other positives are being on time (29%), being conversational (23%), and dressing well (15%).
