A parking attendant at an airport in Bristol, England has apparently seen Ferris Bueller's Day Off a few too many times.
The valet took a customer's high-end BMW for a joyride. The attendant revved the engine, accelerated and drove at high speed around the parking lot.
The BMW's owner knew exactly what occurred based on the car's dashcam. When he returned home from his week-long trip to Greece, the owner reviewed the footage and gave the airport parking company a piece of his mind. They responded with an apology and promised that "the necessary remedial actions have been taken." (Bristol Post)
Scott's Thoughts:
- Once you drop off your car, there's not telling what might be happening to it.
- This probably goes on more than you think.
- Remember the valet and the sports car on Ferris Bueller's Day Off? This sounds the same!
