Former Pastor Accused Of Running Retail Theft Ring: Apparently Robert Dell, the former pastor of The Rock Church in St. Petersburg, Florida, didn’t preach a lot of sermons on the seventh commandment. Dell is accused of working with four accomplices to shoplift tools from Home Depot stores in the area and then sell them on eBay in a store named “Annointed Liquidator.” Police say the stolen merchandise was worth over $1.4 million dollars, but they suspect that Dell had been doing this for over 10 years and had stolen more than $5 million worth of goods. He’s in jail on charges of racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, and dealing in stolen property as an organizer. Thou shalt not steal, or thou shalt be charged with three felonies.

Dockworker In Ireland Sues Company After He's Fired For Showing Up 29 Times Over The Limit For Cocaine: A dockworker at Dublin Port in Ireland is suing his former employer for failing its “duty of care” after they fired him. Why was Michael Martin let go? He went to work 29 times over the limit for cocaine. In a drug test, he registered 234 nanograms of cocaine per milliliter…the fail level is 8 nanograms per milliliter. He says he was using cocaine because the company had given him no help to cope with a fatality several years ago when he accidentally killed a truck driver. Martin’s job was loading empty shipping containers using an eight to 12-ton machine. The judge in the lawsuit hasn’t made a ruling yet.
