A young woman who lived in the house that inspired the horror movie “The Conjuring” is spilling the details of what it was like living in the haunted abode. Madison Heinzen, 23, who is also the home’s caretaker, reported seeing figures and hearing eerie “growling” sounds over the years. The daughter of paranormal investigators even claims to have heard spirits say her name, along with child's laughter.
As brave as she is, however, Madison still refuses to go into the basement alone. In a recent interview, she recalls doing a live stream from the cellar when a ball "completely rolled off on its own". After that, Heinzen said she’d only go down with a basement buddy.
