Tuba Player In TSU Band Knocks Out Heckler While Playing: A tuba player at Texas Southern University had enough of a heckler at Saturday’s game between Texas Southern and Jackson State and nearly knocked him out while playing his instrument. Video from the stands shows the tuba player doing his thing while a fan gets close to him, yelling in his face. That’s when the band member, who has yet to be named, clocks the guy as hard as he can in the face four times. The tuba player then picks up where he left off, acting as though the skirmish never even happened. It’s unclear at this point whether a police report has been filed against the brass-instrument brawler.

Concertgoer Causes Evacuation During Performance In Scotland After Pushing Wrong Button: An audience member at a concert hall in Scotland admits he made a “terrible error” after causing an evacuation of the venue. Edinburgh's Usher Hall was evacuated towards the end of a performance by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) and fire crews were called to the scene after the fire alarm was triggered by a concertgoer who was just trying to open the door. The man, who hasn’t been named, admitted his mistake, recalling, "I noticed a small red button behind a sliding plastic opening, with arrows on either side of it pointing away from it,” adding, “I was in a bit of a hurry so pressed the button, then was horrified to realize it was the fire alarm…” Once the hall was given the “all clear,” the orchestra returned inside and finished the show. The man confesses he is now too mortified to go back to the venue and plans to make a donation to the orchestra as a way to apologize.
