Do you have the three-year itch at your job? A new UK study found that the average worker gets bored after three years at a job. The survey of workers found that at around the three-year mark, 51% felt anxious, 32% didn’t get along with their boss, and 31% said they lost sleep due to stress caused by their job. 30% of those surveyed said they were thinking about switching jobs. Of those wanting to get a new job, 38% said it was because they wanted a higher salary and 24% said they had run out of opportunities to advance in their current career. 25% said they planned to look for work this month, with 34% saying they believed that January was the best time to look for new opportunities, specifically during the second week of the month.
