When people are speeding down a residential street, most people would call the cops and ask for better enforcement, speed bumps, or signs encouraging people to slow down. In Winter Haven, Florida, police say Eric Proctor chose a different tactic. Allegedly, Proctor “threw a beer can” at a speeding car and then confronted the driver. During the confrontation, Proctor then was accused of threatening to get his AR-15, making good on that threat by going inside to get the rifle, and then firing three shots…”one into the air and two into the ground.” Proctor told cops “he didn’t do it,” but neighborhood video showed otherwise. Proctor was arrested for aggravated assault, and that driver probably won’t be driving through that neighborhood anymore.
