Police in Provo, Utah have put a stop to one teenager's fishy antics around town.
Cops say the 17-year-old has been going around duct taping fish to ATMs and other objects, even a police car. He does this, of course, to create content he can share on social media. Photos of his illegal fishcapades, most of which involve trout, are posted on an Instagram account called fish_bandit84 which has 62,000 followers. The account's bio says, "Live, laugh, tape fish on ATMs."
Police have charged the teen with two counts of property damage. Below are a couple of his videos.
